Too faced a few of my favourite things pallet

I bought this pallet as it was reduced at debhnams after Christmas from £48 to £32 and i had been wanting this pallet for ages. This pallet comes with 20 eye shadows and 4 face powder 2 of which are blushes and 2 of which are bronzers

This pallet comes with a lot of shimmer eye-shadows so great for more glam looks it also had offering of matte shadows to the eye-shadow are really pigmented and also easily blendable  

The first blush is a subtle rosy pink shade and the one below it is a lovely coral colour the the first bronzer is the famous matte chocolate solieil bronzer while the one below it is a shimmer bronzer.

I received this as a Christmas gift from my mum before we get in to the actual eye shadow pallet is comes in a box with a pair of very good tweezers a double ended blending brush, a eyebrow pencil and a waterproof eye liner this pallet includes 10 eye shadows which beautifully matched eye shadow that blend together beautifully this pallet can create nude or smoky eye looks with a little bit of colour but not to much so you look like you let your 5 year child do your make up this morning.

i was always intrigued by this product but i never intended to fly to France to purchase it and i have heard that it is very hard to get hold of this if your in the uk so when i saw this on a website that i was already placing an order with i just had to put it in my basket so when it arrived i was excited to try it out. I thought that it would be a disappointment because it looked so much like water that i didt think that it would remove make up very well now i don't wear water proof make up but i do wear primer foundation powder and eye primer so all of my make up is still on my face at the end of the day and i can take my full face of make up of with this and just one cotton pad when i use normal cream make up remover it would take me up to 4 cotton pad to remove all of my make up so i must say that i am very impressed with this and am now very sad that it ist readily available in the uk yet but it cant be long.

Christmas eve gingerbread house makeing

 

This Christmas eve I decided I wanted to take part in the festivity so I decided that I wanted to make a ginger bread house but I didt have the funds and didt fancy the cleaning up that comes from baking a gingerbread house so I searched the web for a reasonably priced kit to make one your self and I found this kit in my local Tesco in the Christmas food isles right at the front of the store

 So when I got this kit home I was surprised to see all of the pieces on the house with engraved marking for the doors, windows and the roof patterns I also came with a bag of ready made icing which tastes really good and u use this to decorate the house while using the piping bag and to stick the walls of the house together it also comes with a packet of jelly hearts and to packets of copy smarties in different shapes.

This is the finished product of my gingerbread house I will admit that I may have used some other sweets that didt come with the kit the ones inline on top of the roof and on the circle around the door did not come with this kit.
